David Olson is an M&A Advisor and certified CoreValue® Growth Consultant with over 20 years of management consulting experience specializing in CEO Business Coaching focused on top-line growth delivering services related to Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Culture and Leadership. Prior to joining BMI Mergers & Acquisitions, David was the President of Walton Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm he founded in 2001, a co-founder of an HR SaaS startup, and a Principal & Senior Advisor with N2Growth.  He has worked with 80 organizations in 50 industries providing expertise as a C-Level business advisor. Much of David’s practice has involved growth and exit consulting and value creation as well as executive search, and leadership development.  This experience is invaluable for David’s clients as they prepare for sale and address pre and post transition management issues.  David is also a Managing Partner and Publisher at Network Magazine, a high-end leader driven B2B magazine.

David was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina. He has been a regular teacher and speaker for various local businesses, universities and non-profit ministries, and a public speaker at national conferences. He now resides with his wife and daughter in Allentown, PA.
